Often I hear people calling some pain “normal” or talking about their “bad” joints. In reality, the body is telling us it doesn’t want to be (and doesn’t have to be) in pain. The body will let us know if we’ve used it in a way that was less than ideal and I’m here to be the translator for that conversation.
